Very cute little apartment. Needs a real couch, not a futon! Location is convenient to downtown, but kind of close to questionable neighborhood. When I first rented it, I thought I got scammed because they forgot to send me any move in instructions. I had to call/text/email to figure it out. Once I figured out how to contact the property manager, they are very responsive for needs. The parking garage is well lit and accessed directly from the building. I think most other tenants are college students or travel staffing. Overall, worth the rent!

Overall the stay was nice. I felt very safe while there. Super comfy bed. The only bad thing was the immediate parking outside the property is $25/day if you’re not a permanent resident. So, you must park on the street.

Sleepover was awesome, helpful, and great hosts. Would definitely recommend them and look forward to renting from them in OKC in the future.

Very nice, clean, safe place to stay. It’s well stocked with kitchen and bathroom necessities. The bed is super comfortable. There is a noise factor as it’s in the middle of downtown Des Moines. So, it can get a little loud on the weekends. Also a train is heard often as it is somewhat close to train tracks. However, it is nice to be downtown and have a short walk to restaurants, bars and entertainment venues.

My stay was wonderful. The place was clean, quiet and perfect for someone staying in the area short term. I felt safe at night, parking was plentiful and the check in/out process was easy. The apartment provided everything I needed over my month stay! Would def stay here again!
