About Us

Each of our houses includes one or more kitchens, common areas and co-working spaces, allowing you plenty of room to cook, work and relax, all while getting to know people from all around the world. All of our houses were exclusively designed to be comfortable to all members in any room of the house. Your room will be move-in ready, just like the rest of the house; there’s no need to even bring a pillow. Our kitchens are fully stocked with appliances, cookware and everything else you’ll need to make a home-cooked meal. We also have 24/7 security in all common areas

Vlada Out-post, [28.07.20 14:58] The Lafayette House is located in the heart of the historic Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood, known colloquially as Bed-Stuy. This part of the neighborhood features a small park, trendy coffee shops and bars and eclectic cuisine ranging from Cuban to Japanese. If you feel like getting outside, you can take a stroll down Bed-Stuy's tree-lined streets and admire the brick and brownstone architecture the neighborhood is known for. The house is a brand new building with updated appliances, hardwood floors, large windows and in-unit washer/dryers. The Lafayette House has a spacious shared lounge for the building's 15 units, as well as a fitness center. All of the common areas are massive in comparison to your average New York City apartment. The decor is light and airy, and there's plenty of room to work from home or just hang out. This space is move-in ready; all you have to bring is your suitcase! The entire apartment (besides other bedrooms) is yours to call home! You'll have open access to the living room, kitchen and all other common areas. The closest subway station is Bedford-Nostrand, served by the G train and just a 5-minute walk away. Multiple bus lines also serve the neighborhood. You can reach the Lower East Side in 30 minutes and Midtown Manhattan in 45 minutes, or easily explore Downtown Brooklyn in 15 minutes.

And when you’re ready to relax, the area is set up to help you do just that. This space is move-in ready; all you have to do is show up with your suitcase. This coliving house is located in the heart of Japantown, within walking distance of multiple parks and an array of coffee shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment. The closest BART station is Civic Center. The closest Muni station is Van Ness, serving the J, K/T, L, M, N and S lines. Multiple bus lines serve the neighborhood. The living room is located on the third floor of the Japantown House. It comes equipped with a TV -- Netflix and Chromecast included -- and plenty of room to lounge around after a hard day’s work. For co-working purposes, there are multiple tables in the common area, providing enough desk space to comfortably accommodate 12 people at a time. The area also includes a printer (paper and ink included), fax and scanner to make sure you'll always be ready to be productive.
