Perched on the hill descending from the east side of beautiful Buena Vista Park, Terrace View Two Bedroom looks out over a spectacular view of downtown San Francisco and the East Bay hills. The street and neighborhood are quiet and residential, lined with well-maintained homes from the Victorian and Edwardian eras.
Terrace View is just blocks away from several neighborhoods with distinct characters. The quickly changing Divisadero shopping district is just down the hill, leading to NOPA, the North-of-the-Panhandle neighborhood. The Haight-Ashbury is just to the west, and the Lower Haight to the east. Each offers interesting shops, restaurants and neighborhood character. Buena Vista Park, just up the hill, is a large, wooded park with trails, tennis courts, a children’s playground and a truly beautiful view from the top.
Terrace View Two Bedroom is the upper flat in a turn-of-the-20th century building. The flat has undergone renovation over the years, including a modern kitchen, and was completely refurnished and redecorated in 2013.
The Terrace View property includes an open-plan living/dining/kitchen area just inside a full wall of windows facing the view of the skyline to the east. There is a deck outside the windows and neighborhood gardens below. The kitchen has been renovated and includes a dishwasher. Down the hall there is a full bathroom and two good-sized bedrooms. One bedroom has twin beds, the other a queen bed and a gas fireplace.
