This is for a bed in a new shared house in Mid-City. We are a group of actors, musicians, comedians, playwrights, DJs, animators, directors, photographers, and otherwise creative people who live together to save money on rent and focus their time and energy on their careers. Stay a month, or a year! Be ready to inspire and be inspired by other creative people! Get in touch to schedule a tour and fill out an application. ***Please read this carefully:*** We offer month-to-month, no-lease/no-commitment, completely furnished shared rooms (dorm style with sleeping pod beds) with an awesome list of amenities plus weekly activities. We have a large common area with photo backdrops, desk space, comfy seating, blazing fast WIFI, Netflix, Hulu, etc. We also have a sound booth for recording (record your new song, podcast, or voiceover!) Rent covers one bunk bed in a *shared room* (4-8 people to a room in sleeping pod beds and bunk beds - see photo) in the renovated space with all utilities included. We offer guy’s rooms, girls rooms, and gender neutral bedroom options. All common areas are shared. We are very picky about who we let in... No creeps. No weirdos. No negative people. To foster a sense of community, we host weekly activities for all our members - regular family dinners (included in your rent) , acting classes, dance classes, photography classes, vocal lessons, house concerts, and more! These events are all free, included in the cost of rent. Please note there is a ** $200 deposit, $95 bedding fee, $85 move in fee

This is an artist community that's open to creatives of all types - actors/actresses, musicians, writers, filmmakers, artists, designers, comedians, dancers, models. Everyone here lives together + works together, allowing you to make a network of other people in the arts/entertainment who have similar goals! In addition to a play to stay, we also provide a few weekly activities! 1 month minimum. Move outs end of month only. We require a few application questions via message prior to booking. Live with and collaborate with other creatives! This listing is a little different than a normal nightly rental - it's a month-to-month home for artists, actors, musicians, etc who want a cost-effective place to stay where they can also meet and make connections with other cool people who are working on similar things. Bedrooms are set up dorm-style with bunks and are separated by gender. Price is per bed. Meaning, there are all-female bedrooms and all-male bedrooms. Rooms range from 4-8 people depending on availability. Monthly rate is $695. 1 month minimum. $200 deposit and $95 new bedding fee (you get a new set of your own dishes, sheets, comforter, pillow, towels, etc when you move in that you can take with you when you leave). The house comes equipped with a sound booth you can use for free (just reserve time in the house online calendar once you move in), photo studio, hot tub, sauna, BBQ, hammocks, video editing bay, work/study room, movie projector screen, indoor stage and a bunch of other cool stuff to propel you into a successful career in the industry! We host a few activities per week (free for you) - including things like weekly acting classes, semi-regular dance classes, house concerts, stand up comedy night, movie nights, family dinners, board games nights, networking nights, and more. Things like utilities and Wifi are included. We have coin-operated laundry on site. We do have a Q&A process before booking (questions about your creative pursuits, goals, etc) - and require a background check if you're a US citizen. International residents are welcome. We also ask that you share your Instagram account or share an example of your creative work. Sound too good to be true? It's not :) We're happy to do a video call or show you the place in person prior to booking! You'll have access to all spaces within the house - a living room with TV (Netflix, Hulu, cable, and more), a work room (desks, a house computer and a house printer), photo studio backdrops, Ableton Push 2, hot tub, outdoor seating, hammocks, two kitchens with pantry space, fridge space, shelves for dishes, and plenty of bathrooms. The house comes with two house managers who plan activities and keep things running smoothly. I am also available as needed! This location is in the Silver Lake area. There are two grocery stores within a 3-minute drive. It is close to the Metro Red Line (Vermont and Beverly station) which takes you straight up into Hollywood or down into Downtown LA. This location is about has a bus (Metro) station just across the street and is about a 7 minute walk to the nearest subway (Metrolink station - Red Line at Vermont/Beverly). This is a shared space - you will be sharing a room with other creatives. All bedrooms are separated into guys/girls. You get your own set of sheets, dishes, pillow, and towel when you move in. Everyone gets along well!
