Brand new construction! Little Lagoon Cottages consist of 18 units and is located on the Lagoon just approximately 3 miles down West Beach Blvd. The two-story cottage has built in twin bunk alcoves, balconies on each level, granite countertops throughout, washer/dryer in each unit, an amazing pier and custom (community) pool located on the water front of Little Lagoon, with deeded beach access to the Gulf across the street.

* Parking limit: 2 cars
* The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.
* House parties are not allowed at the property.
*State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
