• Surveillance or recording devices on property - We use a noise monitoring device; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).
House rules
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Butts are to be disposed of properly and not left anywhere on the property. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. This property may use NoiseWare technology to ensure the comfort and security of the guest. Tampering with the device is strictly prohibited and will result in a $200 fine.

The famous French Market Place is only 4 miles away from your house. This historical open-air market features shopping, music and dining, including famous Cafe du Monde near Jackson Square and the flea market at the end of Esplanade Avenue.
If you are up for some late night entertainment, Harrah’s Casino is located 2.3 miles away. This casino features approximately 2,100 slot machines, over 90 table games and a poker room. There are also several places to eat inside the casino ranging from buffet style to fine dining.
