Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied. - PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES after use. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees may be applied. - PARKING: 1 carport parking spot is reserved for you. Parking spots are labeled by unit. Our parking spot is suitable for sedans or smaller SUVs. If larger/longer cars or if more than one car, you can park on the street. Please follow and watch for street parking signs and time restrictions carefully. - Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables. - Please do not rearrange our furniture. - If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. - If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. -LATE CHECKOUT: $100 fee + nightly rate (please be advised that we book our cleaners in advance and if you decide to extend your stay on the day of your check out after 11AM- you will be charged a late checkout fee. By booking with us you accept that: 1. If guest/s uses more than 50% of the average utilities (electricity, water, gas) of similar units then the guest will have to pay the difference. 2. Was a great location and place to stay. The apartment was small but it was clean. Also note that you'll be charged a ~$200 cleaning fee at the beginning that isn't clearly stated anywhere (or maybe we didn't read it carefully enough). It's located right beside a bike trail that runs up to the Google buildings. The landlord was very prompt and kind in responding to any requests we had (e.g. clogged sink). Our security deposit was also returned promptly after the move-out date. Couldn't have asked for a smoother experience.

Had a great stay here! Good location, convenient to get around places and in a very safe neighborhood. J was there for us whenever we had any issues and provided us with full support throughout out the stay. All furnished items were very clean and worked perfectly. Beds were super comfy, even the pull out bed in the living room was great. We did have a very loud neighbour at one point as the surrounding houses also change, but they moved out after a couple weeks.
