Make this cozy, 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom basement apartment your home away from home! Located on the west side of Denver, in an incredibly convenient nook for accessing Downtown Denver (within minutes) or drive west, a little further, towards Golden and the mountains. The entire unit was completely renovated in November 2019 and includes a full kitchen, full-bathroom and in-unit washer/dryer combo. There's a surprising amount of light for a basement apartment, especially in the living room area. It includes a fenced-in, semi-private, paved, side-yard and on-site parking for one-vehicle. There is street parking for additional vehicles and depending on the size of your vehicles, there may be additional, on-site parking. While there isn't AC, there is an Evaporative (Swamp) Cooler. The whole unit is available, but I'm also open to renting each room separately.
Pets may be allowed for an additional, non-refundable, pet deposit of $100 and $50/month rent.

There is a garage in back one could use as storage.
Regular (Weekly, Bi-weekly etc) housekeeping available upon request for an additional fee (Cleaning fee waived with regular Housekeeping and 'final clean' scheduled upon move-out).
Note: There are two places where the air ducts drop the ceiling. One of the spots is located as you pass from the kitchen into the bedroom/storage area and the other is located as you pass from the living room to the other bedroom. Neither locations really impact the actual living space, only as you walk in between spaces. All other clearances are a minimum of 6'-2"
