Quiet and clean two bedroom, two bath condo on the first floor of an 11 floor high rise building. I live in the unit and will be renting out the other private bedroom and bathroom. Fully furnished unit. There is a hot tub with a great view on the 9th floor. Other amenities include a fitness center, tanning salon, expansive swimming pool and spa next door, clubroom with wifi theater, business center with computers and printing available, BBQ area, and dog park. This condo is in close proximity to Denver Health, Devita Medical, Porter Adventist Hospital, University of Denver, Denver School of Nursing, etc. Shopping and dining include 16th Street Mall, Black Sky Brewing, Cherry Creek Shopping Center, King Soopers, Trader Joes, Molecule Effect Coffee, REI, The Hornet, etc. Other places with fun things to do close by include Civic Center Park, Denver Art Museum, Denver Center for Performing Arts, Ogden Theater, Pepsi Center, Santa Fe Art District, and Sports Authority Field at Mile High.
