This quiet second-floor studio is a true oasis; sunny, spacious and private. Located in San Bruno Hills, one of the Bay Area's nicest and safest neighborhoods. Large, clean and bright Studio with glass-paned sliding doors, large closet, comfortable Queen bed, large sofa, sofabed, 50" smart TV, full-sized bathroom and fully functional kitchenette. Kitchenette is appointed with 2-burner hot plate for cooking, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker, new pots and pans and everything you need to make nice, simple meals.

Step out your door onto a large deck with sweeping views of San Francisco Bay and the nearby San Bruno Hills!
You will have access to your own large studio with private kitchenette and private bathroom, and your own parking space for 1 small/medium car. Please no trucks/vans/SUVs.
You will also have full shared access to the rear terrace/garden area and laundry area with the other Studio unit.

This quiet studio is VERY conveniently located, just 10 minutes to SFO Airport and 20 minutes to San Francisco or Silicon Valley. San Bruno Hills is a quiet, beautiful neighborhood with nice homes and easy access to the beach and excellent hiking trails. Downtown San Bruno is 1 mile away with delicious restaurants, cafes and the BART train and CalTrain which take you to San Francisco or Silicon Valley in just 20 minutes.
You will have easy street parking around the clock right in front of the house. You can drive to the CalTrain or BART station in less than 10 minutes or take Uber, then take the train to San Francisco or Silicon Valley in 20 minutes.
This beautiful studio is best suited for quiet guests. It is on the second floor of a nice home in San Bruno Hills. The owners, a friendly couple, live downstairs.
