About the space

Our house is 80 percent brand new! Our location is near everything you can think of: public transportation, grocery store, restaurants, banks and a hospital! Easy access by public transportation. The house is full of lights. Our master bedroom is upstairs with a private bathroom and there's 2 bedrooms downstairs with one full shared bathroom. Downstairs has a living room with a 65 inch tv and 10.1 cu ft brand new refrigerator. The bedrooms have computer desks and chairs. We have such a cute backyard.

Overall I enjoyed my stay at Anna-Marie's place. Anna-Marie and her husband are very nice landlords. The house is beautiful and very well kept. The commute to downtown San Francisco was about 40-50 minutes depending on how well the busses/BART lined up. The cost of the place was excellent compared to what other people were paying at the time. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, however something to keep in mind is that you are sharing the space so you should not rent this place expecting complete independence, you will need to respect some rules such as having no guests over.

Stayed three months with my friend in the other room. Host is very welcoming, responsive and keeps the place clean. Many house rules but understandable considering the shared space. Overall, a good stay on a budget especially if you have a roommate. I would recommend for students looking for a place to stay while working in downtown SF.

I never spent so much time away from home; so I am very fortunate to have crossed paths with Anna Marie and Franchi. They helped me find my way around SF, and made me feel safe, welcome and not alone. I am very grateful for the experience and will be contacting them next time I am in SF!

I stayed here for a 4 month internship and it was great. Both Anna-Marie and her husband are very nice and helpful. The house and bedroom were great as well. I liked the neighborhood and I took the BART almost everywhere I wanted to go which was really convenient. Overall it was an enjoyable stay and I would recommend it especially for someone on an internship.
