Enter into a spacious, comfortable living room with a large, comfortable sleeper sofa and 50" smart TV with 100's of choices on Netflix and Amazon Video. This room easily converts into a 4th bedroom when needed.
Past the living room, a large completely remodeled kitchen is ready for a gourmet meal. Enjoy your meals at the spacious 6-person table in the kitchen or on the outdoor patio just outside the kitchen.
In the middle of the apartment, you will find two well-sized bedrooms and a full bathroom, and finally the large master bedroom with the second full bathroom. Bedrooms are designed with your comfort in mind including Queen beds, memory foam mattresses and hotel-quality pillows.
You will have one dedicated parking spot plus fairly easy street parking for additional cars.
The laundry room is easily accessible down the hall from your unit.
You will have access to the entire unit including 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a large comfortable living room, a large eat-in kitchen and an outdoor patio with a table and 4 chairs for relaxing outdoor meals. You will also have your own dedicated parking space and shared use of the laundry room with 5 other units in the building.

Downtown Millbrae is a safe, family-friendly neighborhood with nice weather year round. Your spacious apartment is just a 10-minute walk to many fine restaurants, Starbucks, Trader Joe's, cafes and other small businesses. As the transportation hub of the Bay Area, Millbrae is extremely conveniently located. You are just 20 minutes from San Francisco, 20 minutes from Stanford and other Silicon Valley locations, and 10 minutes to the airport.
You are also just a few minutes from beautiful parks for jogging, walking and hiking. These include Bayfront Park in Millbrae, Shorebird Sanctuary in Burlingame and Crystal Springs Reservoir in San Mateo.
You can drive and park your car in the dedicated parking space at the unit although a car is not necessary. Walk 10 minutes to the Millbrae BART/Caltrain station, which will take you to downtown San Francisco or Stanford in 30 minutes.
You may hear some noise from other units since this unit is in a small apartment building.
