Close to shopping and restaurants. Perfect for family visits and military/BMT graduations. We expect everyone to abide by all house rules and take care of the house as if it were their own. House Rules

Do not light candles or use incense.
No smoking inside.
No smoking around premises.
No parties.
Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No vaping in the house
Do not open locked doors!
Absolutely NO MUSIC outside between 10pm and 9 am.
No extra guests or visitors are allowed without prior permission.
Do not use the fireplace.
Please do not dispose of anything except toilet paper in the toilet (wipes of any kind, feminine hygiene products, etc. should only go into the waste bin).
Before putting anything in the washer, please make sure there are no foreign objects (in the pockets, etc.) that could damage the machine. After using the washer, please leave the lid open for a couple of hours to allow it to dry completely. Before using the dryer, please make sure the lint filter is clean. Please clean the filter after using the dryer.

Cancellation Policy

The security deposit will be refunded if you cancel at least 10 days before your move-in date.

Note: This cancellation policy only applies if you cancel before your move-in date. Any terms in a signed agreement supersede this cancellation policy, so make sure the policy in the lease is correct before signing.
