This fully furnished all inclusive 2 bedrooms apartment. Located on the second floor of a brand new luxury brick 3 family house. The rental fees includes all utilities. There is a high-speed internet connection as well as Wifi throughout the house. Each bedroom has self controlled air-conditioning. Each bedroom has been professionally decorated and contains like new furniture including a bed (with bedding), desk, shelving, lamp, and desk chair. Big closet, A smart 32 inches TV with Netflix. Note: All properties at MedHousing, Inc. come fully furnished. We remove the hassle of buying, selling and moving furniture. Will be available on what’s app via text or call during entire stay The house is located just 2 blocks away from the Bronx Care Medical Center and walking distance from the Yankees Stadium. Less than 15 to Fordham University Uptown Campus, and only few stops from Lehman College, and also within easy reach of the Bronx Zoo and New York Botanical Garden. New York Yankees stadium. The commute to midtown is only 30 minutes by train, and being so near to the Grand Concourse allows you to get in and out of town with out any hassles as well as take advantage of all the grocery stores.
