Hi friends! We have one furnished converted bedroom available now. It's located at the cross street of Embarcadero and Brannan St. in the safest and most beautiful South Beach neighborhood in downtown San Francisco. This is within walking distance to downtown Financial District and Caltrain Station.
Only 10-15 min walk to the downtown Financial District, connecting train station (Caltrain) to South Bay and Bart subway station to East Bay and the rest of the city (Financial District, Union Square, Embarcadero, etc.) Muni light rail station and bus stop just across the street!

As for the housemates are all in their early 20s, now we have a guy who works at Google, another guy is pursuing his Master degree at AAU, and the other guy works at a machine learning startup.
Everyone is in their mid-20s, pretty laid back and easy-going, looking to maintain a quiet and clean environment for those who are pursuing their dreams in the beautiful SF city to have a place to call home; thus, we hope the new housemate shares the same mindset.
