This is a huge, updated 2 bed 2 bath with extremely comfortable king beds in each room. The living room has a queen size sleeper. the 50" TV comes with amazon prime, netflix, playstation vue and more. You'll have pool and gym access, and a full kitchen ready to prepare meals. This is all less than a minute from downtown and trinity groves. 3 minutes from uptown and bishop arts. Lastly a 10 minute drive to deep ellum. Easy airport and highway access, this is a great location to avoid traffic.

  • MARCH 13, 2020 DISCLAIMER: Due to the current COVID-19 scare, there has been a major shortage in basic essentials and cleaning supplies. So at this time, we ask that you bring your own toiletries toilet paper, paper towels etc.) and soaps. We are unable to guarantee a supply of these items until further notice. Thank you for your patience and understanding! A Background Check is required by the apartment complex before anyone can stay in our apartment. This is a part of our agreement with the complex in order to run our Airbnb here. The complex is committed to maintaining their standards of resident safety and security by carefully screening all those who access the building. The background check must be signed by each guest over the age of 18 that will be staying here. You will need to submit info that includes Date of Birth, Address, Social Security Number, etc. You will not be able to receive check-in information until all adults have signed and submitted their background check form. BY BOOKING A RESERVATION AT THIS LISTING, YOU ARE AGREEING TO COMPLY WITH THIS RULE SET BY THE APARTMENT COMPLEX. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or demands from rude, disrespectful, and/or discourteous guests. We will not hesitate to terminate your stay at our discretion if you continue to harass/verbally abuse our staff. EARLY CHECK-INS are not guaranteed. Airbnb allows you to choose a preferred check in time, but it is ultimately up to the host to approve any check-ins before 4pm. An accepted request to book does not mean your early check-in time was approved. You will need to send us a message asking us if you can check in early. LATE CHECKOUTS must be approved by the management team. If you stay past your 11am check out time without approval, you will automatically be charged for the next nights’ stay at the listing’s full price. PACKAGES We do not allow guests to order mail/packages to this location for privacy reasons. If you attempt to have something delivered to this address, it will be rejected by the leasing office and we are not held responsible for its whereabouts. LEASING OFFICE DO NOT enter the leasing office or talk to the property management staff for any reason. We have a mutual agreement with the complex that all our guests communicate ONLY through the Airbnb platform. From there, our team can directly communicate with the complex on your behalf. Any violation of this agreement will lead to an immediate termination of your reservation. If we receive any lease violations (smoking, noise complaints, trash, etc.), you will be charged with a $500 fine. MAINTENANCE Understand that we are at the mercy of the property management maintenance team for most general “fix-it” requests. We ask that all our guests are patient and understanding in regards to this. If a previous guest has damaged something minor and we were unable to fix it before check in, it will be reported to the complex staff, but it is dependent on the maintenance team’s schedule. Examples: blinds, curtains, and lightbulbs fall under the “non-emergency” maintenance category and won’t be completed until they’ve addressed any emergency requests around the property first. PETS We do allow pets, but it is a $4/ day per pet fee (up to $75). KEYS/PARKING PASS If a key/key fob is not returned and/or damaged, the following fees will occur: $25 for new key and $75 for a new key fob. If you do not return the parking pass or lose it, it is a $50 fee to replace it in time for the next guest. SMOKING This is a non-smoking property. This includes vapes/e-cigarettes. Breaking this rule will result in a $200 fine and potentially the additional cost that is incurred by losing the next guest’s reservation because we cannot eliminate the odor in time for the next booking. PARTIES The complex enforces a strict no-parties/noise violation policy to all its residents. This includes all Airbnb guests as well. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $200. CLEANING Our cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (e.g. someone who cleans up after themselves, puts dishes in the dishwasher, towels in the washer, leaves the place as they found it, etc.). This is NOT a hotel. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, we will charge an additional fee of $100. EXTRA TOWELS/LINENS Please understand and accept that our housekeeping crew needs to cover a great number of units per day and within a short window of time. To accommodate the busy schedules, they often need to leave the CLEAN towels drying in the dryer as they move on. If you do not see enough towels/linens for you when you arrive, please check the dryer. By booking this unit, you have read, understood, and agreed to all these house rules.
