This listing has a non-refundable standard $250 cleaning fee that will be taken from security deposit upon move out. The fee ensures that the space will be thoroughly cleaned and it's cleanliness returned prior to the next guest. A Utility Allowance is included when a rental is booked. $100 utility and water allowance per unit or $50 utility and water allowance per bedspace is included, guests are responsible for any overages. For ease of transaction, overages are taken from the renter's security deposit.

  • June to Sept price does not include variable utilities which is paid by the tenant, call PGE to change to tenant's name.
  • Pet rent is $5/day, $120 additional exit cleaning
  • No parties.
  • Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
  • Standard Exit Cleaning $300/8 hours, extra billed at $38/hr.
  • Please do not wear shoes in the space.
  • Do not light candles or use incense.

Cancellation Policy

The security deposit will be refunded if you cancel at least 15 days before your move-in date.

Note: This cancellation policy only applies if you cancel before your move-in date. Any terms in a signed agreement supersede this cancellation policy, so make sure the policy in the lease is correct before signing.
