About the space
"Life's a Mountain" is close to everything Madison Valley has to offer, including bakeries, cafes, pubs, shopping, parks and grocery stores. You'll love this home because of its 3 bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom. You'll also love the quiet location on a tree lined street... yet close to everything. "Life's a Mountain" is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.
This newly furnished and remodeled home has modern amenities, a quiet location, and proximity to all that Seattle has to offer.
The living areas are spread over three levels.
The entry level has a bedroom with a twin over queen bunk bed. Beneath the queen bed is another twin trundle bed. There is also a standalone twin bed, and a full bathroom with bathtub en suite. This bedroom provides direct access outdoors.
Up one level is the main living area. This open concept space has a chef's kitchen with modern counter tops and stainless steel appliances. This flows directly to the dining area with seating for 8 (expands to accommodate more), plus stools at the breakfast counter. Continuing from the dining area is the living room, furnished with a queen sleeper sofa (very comfortable mattress!), DVD, and cable TV. Enjoy our collection of games in front of the gas fireplace.
Continuing up to the top floor, you arrive at dual master bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. Each of these two bedrooms has a *king size bed* with two nightstands and large closet.
The home also features a washer/dryer for use by our guests.
Each of our homes has been decorated to pay homage to a meaningful facet of our lives. This home ("Life's a Mountain") has a theme commemorating the great mountains of the world.
Access to the home is provided without a cumbersome lock box or key exchange. Instead, you will choose a 4 digit code, and the electronic lock to the home will be programmed work your code for the duration of your stay.
You will have access to the entire home, including dedicated off-street parking for one car (and plentiful free street parking for additional vehicles).

Madison Valley
Your home is a few short blocks from bus lines that will take you to Seattle's numerous neighborhoods (Madison Park, Capitol Hill, Downtown, Belltown, Seattle Center, South Lake Union). Queen Anne, Ballard, and Fremont are more easily accessed by car. Your home offers dedicated off street parking for one car. Street parking for additional cars is plentiful and free.
