Our home is inside the city limits of Atlanta, Georgia. We are just 1 mile inside the I-285 perimeter on the cities south west side. We are 10 minutes from Six-Flags over Georgia.
We are minutes from everywhere in the city, yet surrounded by acres of green space. The back yard is a large lawn flanked by tall southern pines and stately oaks and maples.

Guest suite. You are renting 1/2 of this homestead. With this house essentially divided into two, it is closest to a duplex style. The interior guest space is 100% private - - THE ONLY SHARED SPACE being the outdoor carpad and backyard patio and grill. . The property investor (Walter) will enter and exit from his own private entryway (separate from that of guest) and will cross paths rarely with the guest going back and forth to access his vehicle from carpad. .
Enjoy this secluded private property with its out-of-view parking area/covered carport.

With privacy granted for your whole party, this home is the ideal spot for the corporate traveler - - in town for conferences or milestone events. Offering convenient location, near in to the Atlanta airport and Metro rail. With an upgraded interior, this home is a must!

THERMOSTAT
Even though Atlanta is prone to hot flashes at times in the Fall / Winter, we ask that you enjoy nature's natural air conditioning between October - March, rather than run the A/C during these months. Our home has over 15 beautiful windows! Simply throw open the windows for fresh air, if need be.
