Our Upper Manhattan House is situated in the vibrant, historic Harlem neighborhood. Surrounded by institutions of higher education, parks, restaurants and cafes, it’s an area full of things to see and do, while still being within easy reach of downtown Manhattan. Situated beside St. Nicolas Park and within easy reach of Central Park, you’ll find some of the city’s best jazz music on your doorstep, as well as multiple subway lines and buses taking you downtown.. The Upper Manhattan House is spread over two adjoining apartment buildings, with two floors of individual Outpost apartments in each building. Members enjoy spacious common areas within their apartment, including a living room and kitchen, and one room includes access to a large balcony. This space features hardwood floors, all major appliances and exposed brick. The kitchen and common areas are roomy compared to the average New York City apartment, with open kitchens and living rooms, all furnished with everything you’ll need for work and play. This space is move-in ready; all you have to do is show up with your suitcase.
