About the space

This large charming 3 bedrooms 2 baths flat is conveniently located in a friendly family neighborhood. Walk a few blocks to the Glen Park BART subway stop for a quick 10 mins ride to downtown financial district, Civic Center, and SOMA. Walk 1 block to Mission street for a 15 mins ride on the 14 Express bus to downtown / SOMA. Walk to safeway supermarket, fitness center, banks, restaurants. All bedrooms have a hard wired internet cable port for fast internet speed Furniture, all utilities, wifi and cable TV are included in rent. This top floor flat is large. It has 1,500 sq ft of living space. - The living room has large bay windows facing the street. It has a sofa set, a flat screen cable TV and 2 sofa chairs. - the ​newly renovated kitchen has a gas range + oven, dishwasher, full fridge, granite counters, a microwave, a coffee maker, cooking and dining ware. - Large formal dining room seats up to 6 people. - The master bedroom has a queen bed and private ensuite bath. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. The 3rd bedroom has a double bed. - All bedrooms have side tables, a desk & chair, a dresser, and a closet. - The 2nd bathroom is off the hallway. - washer & dryer in the building - walk 1 block to Mission Street for Safeway supermarket, Walgreens pharmacy, banks, restaurants, coffee shops, fitness centers. - Walk a few blocks to to Glen Park BART subway station for a quick 10 mins ride to downtown financial district and SOMA. - No onsite parking. Street parking space is limited in the area. The published rate is for a single occupancy in each bedroom. Additional occupants to share a bedroom pays $280 per month per person to cover extra cost of utilities. A signed lease is required after booking on the Kopa website - This flat has been home to many employees and interns at Yelp, Wish, Minted, Uber, Square, Genentech, Pandora.

The house is very spacious, tons of space in the living room and dining room. The bedroom was huge. Very convenient location, walking distance to the BART, grocery stores, and many restaurants. Edward is great, he responded to all emails in a timely fashion and took care of any issues that came up. Overall very nice experience.

Fantastic. No complaints! Location: About a 10 minute walk to Glen Park Bart, and you can map out your travel from there. It's a simple walk (you make one left turn, that's it) and in a safe area. I spent several of those walks engrossed in my phone and felt safe the whole time. You can also get off at Balboa park and walk an additional 5-10 minutes, but pass by a lot of great restaurants, wallgreens, shops, etc. You can safely have both mail and packages delivered here. There's a door latch that keeps packages off the street, and the mailbox goes into the garage. You are within a block and a half of a great pizza place (Red Sea Market, which actually has free delivery within a small radius that includes this property) and within walking distance (~10mins) of El Farolito's 2nd location. There's other good taquerias and restaurants nearby. Communication: Sandy and the property manager were always very responsive and I never waited longer than the next day (and even then, only if I emailed late) for a reply for general feedback or fix requests. Accuracy: Rental profile is accurate. Here's a few slight things that could be additionally mentioned: The kitchen has a very complete set of pots, pans, cutting boards, silverware, etc, nothing you need for cooking is left out. The in-suite laundry is a combined 4.75 for a full washer/dryer cycle. This is insignificant relative to rent in SF, but worth noting. The Wifi/Ethernet , while quite stable, is about 50Mbps down and 5 Mbps up for the months I was there. Normal internet use like gaming, watching videos will be fine with 3 people. If you wanted to stream yourself on Twitch/Youtube with a high framerate, then the upload speed wouldn't be sufficient. Cleanliness: Apartment is clean, has hard wood floors so it's easy to sweep. Cleaning tools are provided. Large trash cans for pickup are downstairs. Value: Extremely good value for the combination of features, location and landlord quality. Quality: 10/10
