The home is extremely comfortable, modern, clean and up to date. You will love it and its location is very central, ideal to get business done anywhere in the silicon valley. And of course fast dedicated wifi and HD cable on the 65" TV!
FANTASTIC DEDICATED TRAIL ONE BLOCK AWAY! Biking, walking, running, etc. Completely seperate amd safe from the main road San Tomas Expressway. The trail takes you south to the library (5 minutes) or all the way up to the beautiful natural bay lands. You also pass Whole Foods, The 49er stadium, Great America, and several companies such as Nvidia, Dell, Applied Materials. Meaning you can walk/bike to work! Or just enjoy nature:-)
There is a one car garage w/remote you are welcome to use, or you can park on the driveway.
There is a back patio area you are welcome to hang out in, but please go in doors during the week after 9pm be cautious to keep the noise levels down as the noise can travel and disturb neighbors.
Always standying by for anything you might need (or nearby family) but appreciate and respect your privacy.

Optional Air conditioning is available for use if desired but must cover utility cost for usage
Initial supply of toiletries (paper towel and bathroom paper) is supplied but on long term stays guest is responsible for own purchase and use.
