*Please note that this is a basement apartment. While we always do our best to be courteous with our footsteps especially outside of normal hours, you may occasionally hear footsteps above you. Also, because it is a basement in a 1940’s house, the ceiling height in most of the apartment is 6ft 8 inches although one part of the hallway to the master bedroom as well as the bathroom shower measure 6ft 5"
The apartment is located in the stunning Seattle neighborhood of Fremont—a great place for families, young people, and people of all ages. Our apartment is within a half mile of dozens of restaurants, bars, cafes, gyms, boutiques, and live music. Within the same half mile is a fully-stocked health foods grocery store that resides alongside one of Seattle’s best Farmer’s Markets on Sundays. We are also just a couple blocks away from the Fremont Canal Park, boasting beautiful waterside views of the canal for your daily walk, jog or commute. The Fremont Troll and the statue of Lenin are iconic Seattle landmarks that you can easily walk to from the apartment. This incredible location means we barely have to drive anywhere when we're home but parking is included for your cars as well!
Fremont is also ideally situated to Highway 99 which will allow you to bypass much of the Seattle traffic if you want to go downtown, go to a baseball or football game or commute to South Lake Union. The University of Washington is a mile and a half away on city roads allowing you to bypass traffic as well. Fremont is also close to Ballard's vibrant nightlife and culinary scene and we're within walking distance to the extensive dining and entertaining scene of the Fremont neighborhood as well.
