Other kitchen amenities include a full suite of kitchen tools, and your choice of coffee makers (Braun electric or french press or drip).
Shared laundry and cleaning supplies, vacuum, iron and ironing board available just through apartment back door. Solid WiFi and “smart” Roku-enabled television.
The studio is on the bottom floor of 2 story house, well-lit with great windows and lighting and private entrance. Neighborhood is friendly, serene, and laden with trees. Lots of late afternoon and evening neighbors out walking and jogging. A closed road in a kind of canyon is a great walk destination, just a ¼ mile away through the neighborhood. Or stroll down to one of the neighborhood health food stores. A 5 minute drive gets you up to the glorious trails just above us in Joaquin Miller Park.
Easy street parking just in front of house for stress-free in and out. Located equidistant between 13 and 580 freeways, it’s a 10 min drive to downtown Oakland and less to Lake Merritt.
