Experience downtown living in the Old Mountain View Neighborhood in the heart of Silicon Valley. You have an entire house to yourselves including a private backyard appropriate for kids and adults. There is wireless internet access and cable TV with Movies and Sports package. 4 bedroom, 3 full bathrooms, 2,100 sq ft (200 sq meters). Main bedroom has a Queen size bed and windows on two sides.Second bedroom has a Single over Queen bunk bed with a Single pull-out trundle (so 3 beds). Third bedroom has a Single over Queen bunk bed. Fourth upstairs bedroom has a Queen bed. So a total of 7 beds; 4 Queens and 3 Singles. Recently remodeled kitchen with very modern appliances, and a second full kitchen upstairs. Living Room and a separate family room with large TV with full movie and sports cable package. This home consists of the main downstairs 3Br/2Ba along with a connected upstairs 1Br/1Ba unit with a second full kitchen. The upstairs unit has a private outdoor entrance but also connects to the downstairs home through an inside door. So the Guests sleeping in the upstairs Queen room do not need to go outside to access the upstairs part of the home.This can also become a 3Br/2Ba home by not renting the upstairs unit. Although close to so many things, this home is still on a very quiet, VERY family-friendly residential street. If you're doing anything that may create excessive noise or any problems for the neighbors, we're confident this is not the listing for you. Thanks for understanding. Not much traffic as there is no through traffic in this neighborhood. If you have any issues with check-in and check-out times or any special requests for your arrival, please just let us know. Some friends from the East Coast cannot start a day without Dunkin' Donuts coffee. Not just any coffee, it has to be their brand. Caf or decaf? Soy milk or half-n-half? If you have a request, just let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you. We rent our entire property so we will not be staying there at all during our Guest's stay. We try our best to meet the Guest when they move in to show them around and at the end to collect the keys. However, we also have a secure process to exchange keys even when we cannot meet. We also live downtown Mtn View and are always available 24/7 by email, text or phone during your stay. Some guests like to interact a lot, asking for recommendations on restaurants, kid's activities, local outdoor activities, etc. Others we hear from at the beginning and then the end only. Whatever the Guest prefers! Although walking distance to downtown and over 100 restaurants, this home is on a very family friendly quiet residential street. If you're doing anything that may create excessive noise or any problems for the neighbors, we're confident this is not the listing for you. Thanks for understanding.

Being at 403 Fairmont Avenue was a terrific experience, be it for the lovely neighborhood, for the great location close to restaurants and convenience stores, or for the wonderful structure of the house that accommodated our entire team as if it were our own home, with squirrels in the garden accompanying us in every breakfast. The house is very large, with three rooms that can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people each, an equipped kitchen suitable for cooking for all 10 of us. There are also two great living rooms: one with a fireplace, large enough to become our office for 90 days, and a super cozy TV room that we used for all-hands meetings. Also, there is a lovely garden that Mike is an incredible host and was very solicitous throughout the stay, even providing us with extra tables and chairs to accommodate our work needs inside the house! This house is absolutely perfect for YC companies and I definitely recommend it for future batches!
