Walking distance to 5 Points bars & 20+ restaurants like Sky Blue, 5 Points Pizza and Hunter’s Station food hall. Nissan Stadium is about 1 mile and we are a short ride to Lower Broadway (about 1.5 miles). This studio is available for month-to-month rental only.
This recently updated space is private and cute with its own sunny garden patio and 3 season sun porch. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials with room for you to bring and store your own must-haves. This cottage is behind our 130-year-old shotgun-style Victorian house.
Other things to note: There are 3 apartments on this property. Two are rented month-to-month and one is our home. This cottage is at the rear of the property while the two other units are in the main house.
