How do I put this nicely... Molly Scovel is a con artist and her place is a crumbling facade. The pictures make it look like you are going to be enjoying an aesthetically attractive and comfortable "newly renovated" condo in Hillsboro. You are close to everything, but that's about it. During our stay, we battled spiders and probably cholera. We told Molly that the plumbing was not working and she did not help us until we sent her videos of urine and stool backing up into the bathtub when we flushed the toilet. We did not have basic kitchen amenities, including forks nor a water filter for the fridge (you're welcome because I had to provide those). Molly does not communicate and has not responded back to us about our security deposit. If you don't mind significant hidden fees (30% "utility fees" added after booking), being constantly frustrated, and then being ripped off in the end, rent here. Otherwise, I would avoid Molly Scovel at all costs.
