About the space
Our Journal Square House is located in the historic Journal Square area of Jersey City, New Jersey. The Journal Square House is made up of three brick row houses, all of which share a common backyard, and is a short walk from public transportation and multiple historic sites of interest.
The Journal Square House consists of six apartments spread across three houses, with two floors each. With easy access to public transportation, it’s the perfect base from which to commute to Lower and Midtown Manhattan. Members enjoy spacious common areas with plenty of entertainment options, as well as a large backyard with plenty of room to lounge or host a barbecue.
This coliving house is located in the revitalized Journal Square neighborhood, filled with historic buildings, newer high rises and plenty of dining options. It’s only a short commute into New York City on public transportation and is an easy commute to downtown Jersey City and Hoboken.
The house is a 10-minute walk from the Journal Square Transportation Center Path Plaza, where you can catch the Journal Square-33rd Street train into Midtown Manhattan, or the Newark-World Trade Center train into Lower Manhattan. Multiple bus lines also serve the neighborhood.
You can be in the Financial District in less than 30 minutes and to Times Square, Rockefeller Plaza or Downtown Brooklyn in 50 minutes.
