I stayed here for 12 weeks for an internship, and overall, I would stay here again. The location is quite nice (near downtown San Jose). The host, William, was very responsive and accomodating. There is parking in the backyard for 3 vehicles, and street parking is also available. There is a Lyft bike rental station directly next to this property. The neighborhood is nice enough, and while the neighbors could be loud at times, they weren't too bad (even on July 4th). All 4 total rooms share the kitchen, which is adequately equipped and actually a bit larger than I expected based on the pictures. Each room has designated kitchen storage in cabinets, the fridge, and the freezer. The bathroom came provided with soap, shampoo, conditioner, and towels. My room came with a desk and chair, and the internet connection was solid, even with several other people working from home because of the pandemic. I never had a problem gaming or streaming. Once again, solid short term living.
