About the space
Located in the Northeast section of Philadelphia about 15 mins from Center City, this elegantly designed 2 Bedroom apartment is on the first floor of a town house.
My home offers amazing interior accents, two spacious bedrooms, full ceramic tile bath & a contemporary kitchen with modern appliances & complete essentials for cooking and dining.
There are several convenience stores for short stays and restaurants like Wawa, 7-Eleven are just a few blocks away if you’re looking for a quick bite.
The space:
You will have access to the entire apartment with two bedrooms, one bath and a Kitchen.
A) There is a 32" Flat screen TV that has Chrome cast. *We do not have cable channels available as of now.
B) The open layout of the kitchen is a part of the living area that includes a coffee maker, microwave, a Double Door Refrigerator, and an electric stove with Oven
C) There is a dining table with seating for 4 in the living area with a power outlet nearby so this area doubles up as a Study desk. We have High Speed Wifi which offers upto 40 mbps if you plan on working from home.
D) There's also a full bathroom with toiletries, blow dryers, and fresh towels for your exclusive use. We do not guarantee that we would have one towel each for your guests. Hence, request the number of towels that you would need at the time of booking or carry your own.
E) The apartment is set up for Self Check-in. We would send you the instructions on the day of your arrival.
