3-4 Bed 'HIP EDWARDIAN' - Mission

We had a great stay at Clare's place this term. It was reasonably priced considering the size and location. The unit was very clean and nicely furnished. Location was great for food, shops, and proximity to public transit. Clare was very friendly and quick to respond about any concerns we had.

The unit was great and the Clare was easy to work with. It was a pleasure to move in somewhere that was tastefully furnished, had plenty of appliances, utility cables, kitchen utensils and tools available. Clare is an attentive, pleasant and helpful landlord and I would highly recommend staying at this, or any other of her units.

The place is furnished, clean, and in an awesome location. Wish I stayed here my previous summers!

Living here now, since January. Great place! Everythings very clean and new. Clare is an awesome landlord and super quick to respond/take action whenever we have an issue. Really good location as well; right beside a Bart station and lots of nice food/bars around!

I lived in this place from May 2017 to August in the living room den, it has a nice, clean kitchen and very convenient location. less than 3 min walk to Bart station and saves me a lot of time. Landlord was really nice, roommates and I had some issues with payment since we were students from Canada, but the landlord was patient, security/key deposit was returned without a hassle. Would recommend this place.

This is place is ideal for students. It's furnished, nice and clean. All you need to bring is your clothes :) It is located near Bart station and there are a lot of good restaurants nearby. The landlord is really nice and responsible.

Wholly satisfied with place and landlord. Located a 3-minute walk from the bart station, which means fast travel, but it also entails many homeless people. The place was fully furnished; there were more than enough hangers for clothes. The place is at the end of a cul-de-sac, so it's generally quiet. Clare was very responsive to emails and questions. She accepts feedback to improve the experience.

Had an amazing term living here. 2mins walk away from BART and Valencia St, so very convenient to commute and also to find a variety of nice restaurants. The house is cozy and very well equipped and furnished - the mattress was very comfortable! Clare was also very responsive to emails and accommodating. Definitely great value for price and would highly recommend!

Good location, easily accessible by BART, variety of food places to choose from in the mission. The place is well cleaned and comes furnished with most of the things you'll need for a co-op term.
