Fully Remodeled Condo with Concrete Backyard and lots of storage in Heart of Santa Clara right Amidst Tech companies very close to all the Freeways, restaurants, Whole Foods in School Neighborhood, right beside a 20 acre park that has Outdoor Exercise equipment, Basket ball, Walking Trail that reaches to tech companies like NVDIA and INTEL. All utilities are included. Don't have to spend a dime. Only 3 People are allowed to stay in the entire home (1 person per room). All utilities are covered by landlord including Move out cleaning. Except Consumables and Food, Tenants doesn't need to worry about paying for anything else. Drinking Water Reverse Osmosis System is maintained by Landlord. Gardening and Patio Furniture is also included. Everyroom has a writing desk, Chair, Fan. Both Bedrooms have access to backyard that has patio furniture with a private entrance.

I interned here this summer and had a really good experience. It’s a very nice place to stay, and Varun was friendly and responsive throughout. Would definitely recommend to those looking for rentals in this area.

Very nice location and quiet neighbourhood. The place was spacious and clean, with all cooking supplies and furniture provided. Varun is a very nice landlord.

The place was very close to workplace, and the trail beside it made commute with bike easy. The neighbors were also chill and weren't picky with noise. Only downside is that one of the rooms is a child room, so smaller than other rooms. Otherwise, the house in it's entirety was new and clean.
