This classic 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit inside a charming NOLA style duplex has tons of character, original architectural elements and restored materials such as heart pine floors, cypress doors, brick chimneys & soaring 11’6” ceilings. Fully furnished with charming interiors in a spacious living room, modern appliances in the kitchen, this vintage house is only 2.5 miles from the city’s historic French Quarter and Bourbon Street and is a short ride away from jazz clubs, authentic Cajun food and celebration of life - the reason why NY Times called NOLA #1 travel destination.
The bust stop is literally across the street from your house or you can walk 15 minutes to Canal Street where you can hop on all kinds of public transportation for an easy and hassle-free access to all city hotspots and must-see places. • Surveillance or recording devices on property - We use a noise monitoring device; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).
House rules
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Butts are to be disposed of properly and not left anywhere on the property. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. This property may use NoiseWare technology to ensure the comfort and security of the guest. Tampering with the device is strictly prohibited and will result in a $200 fine.
