About the space

I am looking to sublease my apartment for 2 months (can be extended), available starting Feb 24 or march 1 (flexible move-in date), it's a beautiful alcove-style studio, pretty much located in the heart of Capitol Hill (Pine Street). It's mostly furnished, the apartment is south-facing, so there is a lot of natural light. Rent is-1800. All the clubs/bar, grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes are within 5-10 min walk, with 3 restaurants just outside the building. Cal Anderson Park is within 10 min walking distance. Pike place market is within 5 min drive. Building rooftop is pretty cool to hang out. month-month lease is also possible. Couch can be added on request. please dm me for any details.
