About the space

I live on private street in the San Leandro hills. My home is very cozy, warm, and comfortable, but most all very clean neat and organized. I have beautiful views from the living room and the private room. Also the room has a full bathroom and walking closet. The neighborhood is quiet and close to BART and BUS. There's a shopping mall a mile way with lots of different places to dine and I love living here and I have owned my home since 2004.
