Welcome to our brand new, fully furnished, and beautiful unit. The unit has two bedrooms, each with private bathroom. Rent includes utilities, wifi, biweekly professional cleanings and parking spaces. We only permit single occupancy for each bedroom, as we promote quiet, safe, and comfortable environment for our tenants. The unit is in the walking distance to San Jose State University, Naglee Park, and downtown San Jose with a of lots of entertainment and restaurants nearby. We have provided short term rentals for years and our tenants all loved our attentiveness. You can always contact us for other listings that will well fit your needs.
