No smoking inside.
No smoking around premises.

Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No outside guests are permitted.

No loud noise after 10:00 pm.
Infants (under 2 years of age) do not count towards your total guest count, however please notify us of any infants prior to your reservation. Please note: our unit is not well suited for infants.
Lost keys will be assessed a $50 fee. Smoking Fee $250
Please let us know if you will be bringing pets along.
A maximum of three (3) pets are permitted. Pets must be potty trained and housebroken
If you leave the unit, we recommend crating your pet to ensure no damage occurs while you are away
Any staining or damage to the furniture or carpets will incur a professional cleaning fee and/or replacement cost
Although our neighborhood is very pet friendly, no one likes to step in poop! Please always clean up after your pet.
Late check-out after 10:30 am will incur a $45 fee. Early check-in fee $25
Late check-out after 12:00 pm will incur a fee equivalent to that day's listing price.

Cancellation Policy

No amounts paid will be refunded when the renter cancels.

Note: This cancellation policy only applies if you cancel before your move-in date. Any terms in a signed agreement supersede this cancellation policy, so make sure the policy in the lease is correct before signing.
