Front door parking. Easy access to I-45, direct access to Down Town and the Medical Center.
The unit is updated throughout with recess lighting, kitchen and bath fixtures, granite countertops, new kitchen appliances and window coverings. Property is quiet and well lighted. There are no stairs to climb, elevators, hidden pathways or buildings to walk through like most of the apartment listing.
Parking is available directly under the carport at the side door entrance of the home and can accommodate up to two standard size vehicles or full size pick up trucks. Carport entry door is equipped with a combo lock for keyless entry with your own personal access code ( access codes are deleted and reprogramed after each guest checks out).
This home is fully furnished and equipped with washer and dryer, 50" Big screen TV, Internet/Wi-fi and Cable TV. Nearby shopping includes Almeda and Baybrook malls and several shopping plazas with all the major store chains such as Wal-Mart, HEB, Fiesta, Aldi’s, Ross, Marshalls, Starbucks and many international and local restaurants food chains. Short drive to Pasadena, Galveston beaches, Clearlake, Webster, Space center Houston, Pearland, Downtown, Medical Center and anywhere else near the surrounding Houston area.
PLEASE NOTE:
Cleaning service is NOT provided during your stay and can be schedule at and additional fee at the time the service is rendered. Guests are responsible for their own house cleaning, including washing of towels and bed lining/sheets, blankets etc. as or when required.
PET POLICY:
This is a pet 🐕 friendly property limited to ONE (1) pet. Pet FEE is an additional $200 per month and is due at the time of booking. Please indicate the type, breed and size of your pet at the time of booking. Breed Restrictions apply and is enforced. If you bring a pet onto property you are 100% responsible for cleaning up after it. Guest must leave the property free and clean of all pet odor and droppings.
Additional charges that may apply upon check out inspection can include but not limited to the following:
Poop scooping - $20
Urine stains - $15
Excessive Odor - $50
Damages - charge per cost of repairs
UNAUTHORIZED PETS: Should guests sneak a pet onto the property without prior notification the host, a $400 cleaning fee plus the initial $200 monthly pet fee. NO EXCEPTIONS!
