About the space

I am leaving my senior year for a 4 month's internship out of state. I want to sublease my room to try and get some money back while I'm gone. I currently have 3 male roommates that are staying for the duration of the spring semester of 2023. I grew up with all 3 roommates, they are a good time and mostly keep to themselves with busy school and work schedules. The room for rent is the largest room with a wooden floor and two large windows that let in lots of light. This room has two-door access to the furnished living room, and fully functional kitchen with everything you would need. The room itself is equipped with a drafting desk, cubicle shelving, and a queen-sized frame and mattress.
