• • Local guests must reach out and provide purpose of stay before booking. • Please wash and put away your dishes before you leave. Unwashed dishes can result in an additional $25 fee. • We are not responsible or liable for any accident, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. • We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. • No smoking anywhere. If there is any evidence of smoking discovered in the unit or on the balcony a $200 fine will be imposed immediately. • The use of marijuana is prohibited at the property. Use will result in a fee up to $200. • No disturbances to other residents. This includes loud music, loud noises, or any other type of disturbances. As per local ordinances quiet hours are from 10 pm until 8 am. As a courtesy the host will reach out only ONCE to inform guests of any loud noises/disturbances (as we monitor noise levels) in order for guest to correct issue. If there is another incident guests will be asked to vacant the unit immediately. • We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a shipping and handling fee for returning requested items to you. •Leave keys (if used) where you found them upon departure. Failure to do so will result is a $100 fee for each.
