Just perfect to work from home or study from home for professional or academic looking for an affordable stay in Atlanta. Available mid-May 2023. Fully furnished room and shared Kitchen and bath in a 5bdrm/2bath house in a safe, quiet family neighborhood (Grant Park). Close to public transportation or walk to downtown (15 min. approx). Very close to Grady Hospital, GA State Univ and 4 other universities. For the $850 mo. price ($800 rent + $50 utilities) you get all furnishings, and shared fully equipped kitchen, shared dining room and living room, strong fiber optic internet, all utilities and a very clean, quiet environment. The other residents are 3 male grad students and one female grad student. You share a large bathroom with 2 residents. Lots of parking on this dead-end street, though most residents bike, walk or ride public. Proof of income required along with the application. 2 personal references or 2 landlord references (preferred) required. If your application is approved, $550 reservation fee is required to hold room until you move. That fee is refundable if there are no damages when you depart.
