About the space

We are renting a small pool house ( 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, full kitchen,) on our family property. It is private, quiet, and secluded, in a serene and pretty setting. There are often deer and wild turkeys roaming the grounds. The pool house is approximately 525 square feet. My family lives in another house on the property. Small crated pets acceptable. Laundry available in the main house for use, negotiable. Situated on a 2+ acre property that has been in our family since the 1950s. There are two guest houses on the property, and we live in the main house. We are looking to rent the cottage by the pool. The other guest house is unoccupied. It is quiet and serene, with lots of mature trees and privacy. We would like to rent to a mature, responsible, professional.
