- no drugs allowed at any time.
- please do not use the bath towels for the beach.
- please do not use the inside blankets/covers outside by the fire pit.
- all trash needs to be bagged before throwing it away.
- please make sure you lock up the front and the back doors whenever you are out and about. Also make sure the A.C/heater is off whenever you're out of the house.
- please never leave the fire pit unattended. Pour water as soon as you finish.
- please do not use regular bowls for pets. we have pet bowls in the pantry closet.
- the two parking spaces back in the alley are for you. Please keep the front driveway free.
