SplitSpot offers flexible 4 month minimum leases - allowing you to rent a private room in a shared apartment, while we vet your roommates for you. You can sign up for a virtual tour, and see it in person when you meet your roommates before signing a lease.
If you or you and your friends are interested in renting out multiple rooms in the apartment, ask us about a bulk discount!

We personally screen and vet all roommates, and also make introductory meetings before being placed, so you always know who you’re living with, to make sure it’s a good fit. We’re happy to take joint applications for the larger rooms when they become available!
