About the space
This large two bedroom character home with it's beautiful refinished wood work and tall ceiling has great cozy vibes and everything you need to feel right at home. It is close to Appleton's lively downtown as well as a few relaxing parks. When we say fully furnished we mean it, your home away from home will have everything from basic cooking utensils, a Keurig with your first round of pods, hair dryer, desk, cruiser bike to explore the town and even a retro gaming system for your down time. If there is something you need and we don't have it we will supply it! (within reason) The high speed internet and office area has you ready to be a work force from home while our high end mattress ensure you get the perfect nights sleep you need.
Looking for something to do?
No worries... Two block walk to so many great locations, here are a few:
- Fox Cities Performing Arts Center = Lots of great shows
- Acoca Coffee = One of many locally owned coffee shops
- D2 Sports Bar = Large outdoor patio area w/ fire tables
- Katsu-Ya of Japan = Award winning hibachi & sushi
- McFleshmans Brewery = Great tap room and outdoor area

Enjoy live music?
Well if one of the many bars or restaurants aren't having a band, from the end on May through August Appleton hosts outdoor music every Thursday afternoon and night. To top it off from June - October every Saturday downtown Appleton has a 150 vendor farmer market :)
Pet Fee: There is an additional $100 cleaning fee and $35 per day per animal fee when staying. This must be paid after booking or reservation will be canceled. If you are staying for longer discounts can apply.
You have full access to the property including the left side of the garage if needed. Other things to note for traveling nurses:
