We are looking for housemates to share our co-living complex fully designed by the owner/architect. This living space is designed, constructed, and operated to create a comfortable WFH/WFA environment in an integrated manner. The bedroom is fully furnished with a work desk, chair, wardrobe, and a bed with extra storage, which is optimized for WFH/WFA. Additionally, this building has its own co-working space in the basement. [Housemates] Our housemates are young professionals and interns who are involved in design, architecture, IT, music, and more. We come from diverse backgrounds and are active in a variety of genres. We respect each other and try to make our stay pleasant and comfortable so everyone can focus on what they want to do in NYC. We are looking forward to meeting new housemates who are excited to move to the city. Smoking is only allowed front yard and back yard. It's smoke-free inside the building. We hire cleaning person every week so it will be clean environment. There is 1 Gig Wi-Fi service in the building. We used mesh Wi-Fi by Eero system. ※We appreciate your inquiry for availability prior to your booking request. Sometimes our listings are not available to book although they show "available" in the calendar because many of our current guests extend monthly. -Need to notify property manager 2 days before overnight guests. 5 visitors at time between 10 am - 10 pm. -long term cancellation policy applies: - Move-in - No cancellation fee 30days before move-in. If guest cancels within 30days before move-in, guest has to pay one month rent. - Move-out - Guest can move out without cancellation fees if guest inform before 30days from moving out date. If guest inform within 30days from moving out date, guest has to pay at least 30days. Crown Heights is one of the prime neighborhoods in Brooklyn. It has beautiful architecture and landmarks, including Prospect Park, the Brooklyn Museum, and the Brooklyn Botanic Garden. Lots of new restaurants and bars are popping up. The A and C trains make it incredibly easy to get to Manhattan, as well as other wonderful Brooklyn neighborhoods like Williamsburg, Park Slope, Bed-Stuy, and Bushwick.
