If you want a quiet environment, this is it... Medical Professional, Medical/UIC Students are your roommates. They are very nice and respectful roommates. All utilities and WIFI are included in the room rent. $40 per day rate for a bedroom with a private bathroom, $36 per day rate for a bedroom with a shared bathroom. *****For the shared bathroom, no more than 2 people share the bathroom****** Parking in the private parking spot is an additional $30 per month ( first come, first serve.). 1-month payment minimum. Over one month, the prorated rate will apply based on the days you stay. The room is furnished with a full-size bed, a nightstand, a lamp, a desk, a chair, and a study lamp. The washer and dryer are inside the unit. It is conveniently located near the west loop, Medical District, and UIC: - 2 minutes walk to the UIC bus stop at Harrison and Oakley. - 5 minutes walk to Blue Line Station. - 2 minutes walk to Harrison's #7 bus stop. - One mile from Mount Sinai Hospital and Saint Anthony Hospital.
