This house is less than a 2-minute walk from Tulane's campus, The Boot, and The Palms. It is fully furnished with a living room couch, coffee table, and TV, dining room table with six seats, balcony with seating, huge backyard, fully stocked kitchen including an air fryer, one full bathroom, and three bedrooms (I am only renting out one). My bedroom is clean, spacious, and well-decorated with a comfy queen size bed, big closet, desk, dresser, nightstand, mirrors, rug, storage drawers, and shelves. It is the best location for students, and the price of rent is relatively lower than other houses in the neighborhood.
