The Masculine design creates a unique ambiance and the first floor easy access makes this perfect for those traveling to the medical center This space is in a newly renovated apartment complex, on the first floor, with extremely friendly management. You'll have access to the entire facility like any other resident would. We are a team of hosts. Someone is available from 9am until midnight every day. The neighborhood is the heart of southwest Houston, residents are connected to the pulse of wherever the need is — businesses, universities, entertainment, shopping, and more! Extremely close to the redline and to NRG stadium. The redline, uber, lyft, and other public transportation are all available. BICYCLE Rental is free of charge — all you have to do is drop off your ID! The resident lounge requires you to Kick back and relax while you enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, cable, coffee and beverages, and a pool table during operating hours. The dog park gives your furry friend some TLC and spends some quality time playing fetch in our spacious dog park ☺...

House Rules

  • Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
  • Locals must contact the host before instant booking. This is to prevent parties at our building, The building has a strict occupancy limit, any group attempting to violate the community policies on occupancy limit or quiet hours will be removed immediately. THE STANDARD CHECK-IN TIME @4:00 P.M. You can inquire about early check-in, MUST be approved by the HOST ONLY! There is a fee schedule for house rules violations, they are as follows: Checkout @11AM. Unauthorized Late CHECK-OUT is equitable to the NIGHTLY BASE RATE OR WEEKEND for the day without discounts. The charged will be automatically charged to the account. If not vacating on time leads to other losses you will be billed for those as well. This includes guest refunds. This is a non-smoking building. Any type of smoke is prohibited. This violation will incur a $200 per day fee. Any lost keys or parking credentials will be $75 per lost item to replace. If your party receives a lease violation you will receive a $500 penalty. Our cleaning fee is based on a "Courteous guest" If you leave the place in disarray you will be billed an additional $75 fee. All guests must be declared on the reservation. The home has a $40 per additional fee. Not declaring guests will incur this fee. You may not have an additional guest beyond the declared party size. This will incur a $40 per guest fee and may lead to your removal from the property. We have a $4 per pet per day fee on homes that allow pets. Not all homes allow pets. Please see our pet policy on this listing. Any theft or damage caused by you that leads to loss of revenue or incurred cost of satisfying a future reservation will be paid by you. So please, don’t party, don’t steal. If parking is provided please carefully read the house manual for parking instructions. We are not responsible for tows resulting from the non-conformance of parking guidelines. This is a self-check-in property. You will NOT be picking up keys from our personnel. You understand this. You certify that you will read the check-in instructions before arrival. Quiet hours are after 10PM on weekdays and 11PM on weekends. Noise complaints may lead to your removal. The person checking in this reservation must be declared on the reservation and have an Airbnb account that meets the requirements of this listing as if they were the booking party. Proof of identity must be supplied before arrival for any financially responsible parties on the reservation. Proof of identity must include a valid working phone number and current mailing address. You agree to take full responsibility for the actions of yourself and your guests. You shall be held responsible for any damages or loss of business incurred through damages or not remitting possession of the property at the end of your reservation with Airbnb.

Cancellation Policy

No amounts paid will be refunded when the renter cancels.
