I have a fully furnished room for rent as a short term rental in a gorgeous 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Midtown, Nashville. This is perfect for a professional looking for a move-in-ready spot walking distance to Vanderbilt Campus, the VA, Vanderbilt University Medical Center, or Children's Hospital. The apartment is on the 17th floor and has an incredible view of Nashville. The room has a queen bed and a home office with a standing desk complete with a treadmill, but that can be moved depending on your preference! It's in a brand new a luxury apartment complex. You would get your own key fob which gives you access to the gym, hot tub and pool on the 25th floor, grills/lounge area on the 6th floor roof terrace, listening/music room, and gym. I am a resident doctor training at Vanderbilt and am looking for a chill, easy-going young professional looking for a 1-4 month lease. The rent per person is 1900k (all fees included! electricity, wifi, apt amenities, etc). I have many more pics and videos!
